Hundreds of tons of natural boulders were brought in to create the pond perimeter and waterfalls. The pavilion building includes a full gourmet kitchen, living space with full 90 degree moving glass panels, changing room, lockers, and dual bathrooms. This entertaining oasis includes a 300,000 gallon pond with dock and waterfall, a meandering stream with upper Koi pond, sand volleyball court, bocce court, basketball court, private parking area with rear access, and custom automated gates. For larger events, there is a full outdoor commercial catering kitchen behind the main pavilion to allow for discrete food preparation and service. It was an amazing experience to be part of this project.
