Construction has begun on renovations to the dining, living, kitchen and master bath spaces along with an overall refresh. Like many couples, these long time valley residents would be hard pressed to find another property that comes any where near the natural beauty offered by their long time home.

We are thrilled to be part of this large scale renovation project in McCormick Ranch. The homes in this sought after neighborhood are all unique and have loads of character. This beautiful ranch is no exception. Working with the long time owners of this home has been an absolute pleasure. After much thoughtful contemplation they decided to maintain the structural shell with a few layout changes, but essentially to remodel a large majority of the home. The yard and location are enviable to say the least. More updates to come...
