The homeowner lives out of state and hired us to be their construction manager as an extension of the design process. Having the ability to act as the builder for a project we designed is always a blessing. It allows us to create the home as intended and to make adjustments as necessary to better the final result. Who better to build a home than the one who designed it. This project was a great construction experience. The client had a clear vision of what they wanted and kept the project moving smoothly with timely responses.
