Built for an avid electric guitar enthusiast, this amazing soundproof sound studio perched high above a natural desert arroyo is surrounded by the incredible views of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. We were tasked with creating a studio that matched the aesthetic of the existing main house while providing the soundproofing required to ensure that late night concerts never inconvenienced neighboring properties. This project included collaboration with acoustic and audio/video specialists resulting in a one-of-a-kind property.
