Big Bump in Value for a Small Investment...

Comps are only part of your housing valuation.  In this market curb appeal has a significant impact on what your house can resale for.  Be sure your landscaper has a portfolio of night time lighting pics so you can get this kind of result.  This pleasant but not overpowering illuminating effect requires skill so choose your lighting installer carefully.  This project is days from completion.  Look to our gallery for full photo essay of our journey with the awesome homeowner!

The Flagstaff Mountain retreat is humming along to completion and in theme with the beautiful surroundings the siding is a unique product made from rice hulls. Acre siding certainly looks like wood and was stained with a rich charcoal grey to complement the natural Canyon Rubble stone from Solstice Stone. See www.modern-mill.com/siding/ for more details on this 100% tree-free and recyclable eco friendly siding, made in the USA in a zero waste facility. We are thrilled to be part of this large scale renovation project in McCormick Ranch. The homes in this sought after neighborhood are all unique and have loads of character. This beautiful ranch is no exception. Working with the long time owners of this home has been an absolute pleasure. After much thoughtful contemplation they decided to maintain the structural shell with a few layout changes, but essentially to remodel a large majority of the home. The yard and location are enviable to say the least. More updates to come...

Great architecture is about more than space planning and curb appeal. It is also about ensuring the home complements and fits into its surroundings. This home respects the lot shape and the natural vegetation ensuring the home owners will feel the securing embrace of nature surrounding their beautiful new home from the moment they move in. Minimizing disturbance of trees and ensuring the natural environment is respected has long been part of excellent architecture. Thank you to this wonderful couple for this great picture and for the opportunity to be part of their home project. It is always exciting to see our designs come to life!
